Delivery Times

All orders are shipped within 24hrs of placing your order. We have 2 delivery methods, Next Working Day (cut off time 4pm) and 48hr. If you have not received your order within the times scales set out here it could be due to postal system failure. If this happens to you, please email our customer service team for further information at onlineshop@ledus.com

Please Note: Your order may have been split into multiple parcels, this means your parcels may arrive at different times. 

 

Delivery Methods

All UK Mainland and other Worldwide orders are sent via DPD. 

Trade Orders

Orders made via the trade team are subject to variable delivery times. Please ensure you clarify delivery details with your representative.
